Terms of Service.

By using StalkyApp, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. Plain language ahead, no hidden traps.

1. The service

StalkyApp lets you monitor public Instagram accounts. We log daily follow/unfollow changes and archive stories so you can view them later. The service operates on public data only — we do not log into Instagram on your behalf, and we do not bypass privacy settings.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 (or the digital-consent age in your country, whichever is higher).
• You must provide accurate sign-up information.
• You're responsible for activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use StalkyApp to:

• Harass, threaten, defame, or stalk any individual in violation of local law.
• Monitor anyone who has obtained a restraining or no-contact order against you.
• Republish or sell the data we collect for you.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attack the service.
• Resell your account or share credentials.

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules — without refund — and report serious abuse to the relevant authorities.

4. Subscription & billing

• StalkyApp is a paid service. Pricing is shown on the home page and at checkout.
• Payments are processed by Whop. New subscribers get a 3-day free trial. You authorize recurring charges (weekly or monthly) after the trial ends, until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime in Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial periods.
• If a payment fails, we'll retry. If it keeps failing, your subscription pauses and watched accounts stop scanning.

5. Free tier

The free tier (one account) is provided as-is. We may change its limits or sunset it with reasonable notice.

6. Data, history & deletion

• Your follow-history and story archive are tied to an active subscription.
• If you cancel, you can re-subscribe within 30 days and pick up where you left off. After 30 days, watched-account history may be permanently deleted.
• You can delete your account at any time from Settings. This deletes your account, watched-account history, and archived stories.

7. The accounts you watch

You're responsible for who you watch. Public information is public, but the law in your jurisdiction may still restrict what you do with it. StalkyApp is a tool — you decide how to use it. Don't make us regret building it.

8. Instagram & third parties

StalkyApp is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta. "Instagram" is a trademark of its respective owner. We use third-party data providers and infrastructure; if they go down, we go down. We'll do our best, but no uptime guarantee.

9. No warranty

The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee 100% scan accuracy, story-capture completeness, or uninterrupted service. We work hard to keep it good. We're not perfect.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, StalkyApp's total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (lost relationships included).

11. Changes to these terms

We can update these terms. If changes are material, we'll notify subscribers by email and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after the change means you accept it.

12. Termination

You can stop using StalkyApp anytime. We can suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms or for legal reasons. On termination, your access ends and we delete your data per the Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the country where StalkyApp is established. Disputes go to the competent courts there, unless local mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
