About StalkyApp.

StalkyApp is a web-based tool for monitoring public Instagram accounts. It logs every follow and unfollow daily and archives every story before it expires — so you can scroll back weeks, months, or years later and see exactly what happened.

What it does

• Daily follow/unfollow tracking — one scan per day, diffed against the previous day. Every new follow and every unfollow is timestamped and shown with “followed since” context.
• Story archive — every photo, video and link sticker captured at scan time, saved indefinitely. Browse a subject's full story history by day.
• Daily digest — optional email + push notification summarising what changed overnight.
• Full history — the entire log persists for as long as your subscription is active.

What it doesn't do

• Log into Instagram on your behalf. Ever.
• Visit the watched account's profile in a way they could detect.
• Work on private accounts. We only read what's already public.
• Notify the watched account. There's no signal for them to detect.
• Sell your data, share it for advertising, or train AI models on it.

Who it's for

People who already check public Instagram profiles by hand and want a tool that does it consistently. Common use cases:

• Tracking someone you used to date, work with, or care about.
• Brand managers monitoring competitors or partners.
• Journalists and researchers documenting public-figure activity.

How it works

1. You add a public Instagram username.
2. StalkyApp scans that account's public follow list and stories once per day.
3. The diff is recorded and surfaced in your dashboard. If you've enabled notifications, you also get an email or push.
4. Stories are archived as they're captured. Follow/unfollow events are kept forever (within your subscription).
